D2 Baseball Rankings (4-21-25): Angelo Holds Strong

As the postseason looms, the April 21 edition of the Diviibaseball.com Top-25 Rankings reflects a tightening national race and key shifts across several regions.

Angelo State retains the No. 1 spot after a strong week, while Tampa and Central Missouri continue to hold down the No. 2 and No. 3 positions, respectively. North Greenville jumps into the Top 4 following a 40-win mark, while Minnesota State in at No.5, as two teams from the Central are in the top 5.
A new face in the top 10: Millersville leaps three spots to No. 7 after winning after winning 7 in a row. They are 20-1 at home, and play No.18 West Chester this weekend.
Colorado Mesa also surges five spots to No. 14 thanks to consistent dominance in the RMAC. Huge series with Rollins this weekend, who entered the rankings this week at No.21.
Biggest drop? Florida Southern falls from No. 4 to No. 10 despite a strong overall résumé, while East Stroudsburg slips from No. 13 to No. 17.
New entrants include Rollins at No. 21 and Davenport rejoining the poll at No. 25.
The Receiving Votes category is loaded, with California (Pennsylvania), Jessup, and Lynn all entering into the mix in that category.
