Here's a look at each region I cover—Atlantic, Midwest, East, and South Central—as well as the conferences within them. Two of these regions kick off conference tournaments this week (the Lone Star Conference and the CACC), and those tournaments will receive dedicated previews. Below, you’ll find key details on each conference tournament, and as always, the biggest winner in each region this week.

Biggest Winner in the Atlantic Region: Point Park
In their first year as a Division II program, Point Park secured the MEC North Division title. Although not eligible for the NCAA Regional this season, they’re turning heads with a 34–11 overall record and a 22–6 conference mark. Winners of nine straight before losing a midweek game to Slippery Rock. That stretch includes a sweep of Wheeling and a 12–4 victory over Seton Hill, they also boast the third-best RPI in the region. A team to watch in the future.

Biggest Winner in the Midwest Region: UIndy
The back-to-back Midwest Region champs are heating up at the right time. UIndy has won seven straight games, including a four-game sweep over William Jewell, allowing four or fewer runs in each contest. With a strong finish and some help, they could still win the conference title. They're hitting their stride and are going against the No. 1 team in the league this weekend.

It’s May, and that means SNHU is peaking. Winners of five straight, they’re now 29–12 and 17–5 in NE10 play. This program has owned the East Region in recent years, and they're making another strong case. A big series looms with Franklin Pierce, but SNHU has the experience and momentum to push for another trip to Cary.

Following a sweep of Adams State, they sit as the second-highest ranked RMAC team in the region, trailing only Colorado Mesa. With a strong RMAC tournament showing, Pueblo is poised for their first NCAA Tournament trip since 2015 and 11th all-time berth.
